The Tamar Valley

The Tamar Valley is the beautiful natural boundary between Devon and Cornwall.  From the creeks and hidden places at the beginning of its journey to the majestic estuary where it leaves the land it is full of surprises.

There are many early mornings when the valley is defined by a snake of mist.  There are peaceful quays such as Halton Quay which are hidden places of calm, then there are pretty places like, Calstock, Harrowbarrow and St Dominick.
